Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Due to our made-to-order production process, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

Process for defective items: Contact us at hello@thread-mood.com with your order number and photos showing the defect. Once approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Return shipping for defective items will be covered.

What we don't accept:

  • Returns due to incorrect size selection - please check our size charts carefully before ordering
  • Returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered
